South Mountain House

Roberto-Venn has recently purchased a new piece of property, with plans to build a new school. This 9-acre property has a nice three bedroom house situated on the front end of the grounds, and is available for rent by R-V students. The house is about 4 miles from the school, and is located in the South Mountain District. It is about 1 mile from South Mountain, where you will find excellent nature trails and other outdoor recreations. The house is partially furnished, and includes a refrigerator/freezer, stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer. This rental offers a $100 discount for prepayment of the entire six months.

Tempe-ASU House

Located in the heart of Tempe , just a block away from ASU and all the shops and restaurants in the heart of downtown Tempe. This 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom house is 7 miles from Roberto-Venn. The house has two other large rooms with a couch and table. This rental has a washer & dryer, and includes a TV, Cable TV and high speed internet hook-up. The kitchen has a refrigerator / freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, basic pots & pans, glasses, dishes and silverware. All the bedrooms are furnished with a twin bed, a dresser, and night stand. Huge outdoor patio with patio furniture and large backyard. There is also a small shed w/ a bench large enough to work on guitars after school. The cost will be $600 a month utilities included. Rooms will be reserved upon receipt of a $300 security deposit and one months rent. Pay all 6 months up front and receive a $100 discount!

**All of these rentals require a six month lease. Rent, per student, is $525 to $600 per month, including utilities. Rooms will be reserved upon receipt  of a $300 security deposit and lasts months rent. These rental fill up very fast, so act quickly!
