South Mountain House

Roberto-Venn has recently purchased a new piece of property, with plans to build a new school. This 9-acre property has a nice three bedroom house situated on the front end of the grounds, and is available for rent by R-V students. The house is about 4 miles from the school, and is located in the South Mountain District. It is about 1 mile from South Mountain, where you will find excellent nature trails and other outdoor recreations. The house is partially furnished, and includes a refrigerator/freezer, stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer. This rental offers a $100 discount for prepayment of the entire six months.

Mesa House

Another great rental has become available starting with the Fall 2008 class. This house has three rooms for rent as is located in Mesa, AZ.  This a nice place in a great neighborhood and has a swimming pool!! Please contact the renter for furnishing information. Biltmore Condos 

Instructor Jason Kostal currently has three 2 bedroom condos for lease in the beautiful Biltmore District of Phoenix. Each condo is 800 square feet with two bedrooms and one full bathroom. The condos come furnished with basic amenities and have been fully remodeled. Each condo features travertine tile, hardwood cabinets with granite countertops, brand new GE  and LG stainless steel appliances, and a washer and dryer. All three condos come furnished with single beds in each of the two bedrooms, a couch, end table, television, DVD player, kitchen table, microwave, oven, utensils, towels, sheets, cleaning supplies, basic pots and pans and other amenities. The condos also have an outdoor balcony and outdoor storage area attached to the balcony. These rental offer a $100 discount for prepayment of the entire six month lease. Click here for pics.

Tempe House

Previous instructor Robert Mazzullo will be renting rooms to four students in a house ideally located in Tempe, home of ASU. It is less than eight miles from the Roberto-Venn School and is fully furnished. The kitchen has a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, flatware, and silverware. All bedrooms are furnished with a twin bed, dresser, and a nightstand. There is a washer and dryer on the premises, and local phone service. There is a nice back yard with a gas grille, a full set of free weights, and horseshoe pits. Inside is a reading room, with a dart board and cable TV/VCR. It is within walking distance of grocery, convenience, and drug stores. This a nice place in a great neighborhood.

**All of these rentals require a six month lease. Rent, per student, is $525 to $600 per month, including utilities. Rooms will be reserved upon receipt  of a $300 security deposit and lasts months rent. These rental fill up very fast, so act quickly!
